Since 1999, Lauren Synger has been a part of the voice over and music world. She is the Owner, Founder, and Creative Director of The Voice Sphere (launched in 2020), and Synger Productions & Entertainment, LLC. 

Lauren Synger is an industry veteran that has directed, cast, & voiced acclaimed, award-winning audio projects. She’s the voices of Alice Angel & Allison in Bendy and the Ink Machine, Bendy and the Dark Revival, Boris and the Dark Survival, & Voice Director for Bendy and the Dark Revival, and Boris and the Dark Survival by the Meatly Games/Joey Drew Studios. Casting/Voice Director & voices Celeste in SHB Games Glitched Out. Creative Director & Co-Concept Creator for Joey Drew’s Allstar Music Review, a collaboration between fan artists in the Bendy fan community and the cast of Bendy and the Dark Revival. She voiced Sarah, and was Creative Consultant, Voice Director, and Casting Director for Toniko Pantoja’s original Brushtale Works animated short, Dusk’s Flight. She voiced Female Teen, Punk, & Brawler Klown by MGM Studios, Teravision Games, and Illfonic. Lauren was Voice & Casting Director and provided voice over for Second Avenue Learning's E- learning projects, including the Alzheimer's Association project, which won Gold for the 2023 International Serious Play Awards. Lauren’s the voice for Elektrum Festival by Intents Festival and WISH Outdoor. She is the voice of Genlock’s Yaz (Yasamin Lex) in Hi-Rez Studios/Evil Mojo’s Paladins, Siren Song Cliodhna in Smite by Hi-Rez Studios, the female PC Aerev in Spellforce 3 by THQ Nordic/Grimlore Games, and a multitude of characters including Cryptic’s Star Trek Online, Gearbox Publishing/Cryptic Dungeons & Dragons Neverwinter, S2 Games’ Heroes of Newerth, and many more!

In 2022, Lauren wrote, recorded, & released original song, "Come What May" as her character Allison in Bendy and the Dark Revival. In 2018, she wrote, recorded, and released original song "Lonely Angel/ I'll Be Your Angel" as her character Alice Angel in Bendy and the Ink Machine. She has lent her creativity, vocals, songwriting skills, & voice-over talent to video games and their soundtracks such as Heroes of Newerth by S2 Games/Frostburn Studios and the award-winning Skyrim conversion Enderal. Lauren continues to develop her own original music for licensing use in movies, TV, and video game soundtracks.
